Submission Grappling

Submission Grappling, also known as "No-Gi Jiu Jitsu", is a class which focuses on ground-fighting with the aim of gaining a submission. This class will cover submissions, sweeps and maintaining control of your opponent while on the ground.

Chinese Kenpo Karate

Chinese Kenpo Karate is a traditional eastern martial art which focuses on empty-handed/open-handed striking and stand-up grappling techniques. Students of this class will have the opportunity to achieve belt ranking over time and dedicated study. This class will be taught primarily by Sensei Dan Lett who holds a third-degree black belt with assisted teachings by Patrick Flanigan, first-degree black belt under Sensei Dan.

Wrestling

Wrestling is one of the world's oldest combat sports. It is a physical engagement between two people in which each person attempts to get an advantage over, or control of, the opponent. This class will cover clinching, holding and takedowns which can be utilized in Mixed Martial Arts competition.

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport which allows the use of striking and grappling techniques both standing and on the ground. This class will cover a wide variety of techniques including striking, wrestling and submissions.

Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport where two opponents fight each other with their fists. This class will cover footwork, conditioning and punching techniques which can be utilized in Amateur Boxing or Mixed Martial Arts competition.

Children's Classes

Children's classes will be available in both Chinese Kenpo Karate and Submission Grappling. Classes are available for children beginning at 8 years old. Feel free to contact us for further details!

Fitness Classes

Our fitness classes will focus on improving cardio fitness, strength and flexibility. Classes will be in a group setting and will involve multiple circuits during each class. The group setting allows the members to encourage and support each other. Contact us for further details.

Women's Self-Defense

Our Women's Self-Defense class will combine the techniques of multiple martial arts including Chinese Kenpo Karate, Jiu Jitsu and Boxing to be effective in real world situations. All techniques will be covered in great detail to increase the students self-confidence and ability to effectively apply the techniques. Feel free to contact us for further details.
