We would like to hold a club meeting on Thursday, November 19th for all members at 6:45pm. We would like to share some minor changes that will be taking place at the club starting in December. H.I.T. Center MMA is now offering Women's Only Fitness classes. The classes will incorporate elements of different workout programs such as Cardio Kick-Boxing, Ab and Core strength, Aerobics and Pilates. Check the Full Schedule for class times. Feel free to contact us for further information.

H.I.T. Center MMA is excited to announce that we will have Amir Khillah in our facility as a guest coach from Tuesday, September 15th through Thursday, September 17th. Amir is a former fighter for the H.I.T. Squad (Hughes Intensive Training) and is currently a full-time fighter for Elite Performance under the tutelage of the legendary Jeremy Horn. This great opportunity to train with Amir is free to all current members of H.I.T. Center MMA. We are now accepting Pre-Registration for our Grand Opening Event which includes a seminar with 9-time UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes. Cost is $40 for H.I.T. Center MMA members and $100 for non-members. The seminar will run from 10:00am-1:00pm and will be followed by an autograph session from 1:00pm-2:00pm. The cost of the autograph session only is $20. The H.I.T. Center MMA staff would like to congratulate Derek Griffin on his 1st round KO victory last night over a very tough Bruce Johnson at Cage Conflict Championships. Derek is the first MMA fighter to officially fight for our club and he won in very impressive fashion.
