it's Patrick Flanigan. As the owner of H.I.T. center I am overly excited to let you know that we will be changing our current schedule to accommodate a greater movement of traditional martial arts such as Kenpo Karate and weapons training to include: Bow Staff and Iai-Do "Japanese Sword". We are also offering Woman’s and Children's self defense programs. These programs and schedule change will be effective starting December 1st 2009.

I wanted to thank all of you for stopping by our webpage and checking us out. We are overly anxious to get the doors open on the new training center and extremely excited for all of you to see it.
