it's Patrick Flanigan. As the owner of H.I.T. center I am overly excited to let you know that we will be changing our current schedule to accommodate a greater movement of traditional martial arts such as Kenpo Karate and weapons training to include: Bow Staff and Iai-Do "Japanese Sword". We are also offering Woman’s and Children's self defense programs. These programs and schedule change will be effective starting December 1st 2009.
