H.I.T. Center MMA

Xtreme Sport Shooter Patrick Flanigan www.patrickflanigan.com along with 9-time UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes www.matt-hughes.com, and Mike and Mark Beschta, will be opening a new mixed martial arts gym in Patrick's hometown of Oshkosh, Wisconsin called "H.I.T. Center MMA". The new gym will be in a 3,600 square foot facility that will have custom Dollamur mats and the highest quality training gear.

Patrick is a lifelong martial artist. Through talks with his good friends Matt Hughes and training partner, Mike Beschta, they came up with the idea of starting their own gym. Pat stated, "Sharing our passion and knowledge of martial arts with others would be a rewarding experience. Opening a gym in Oshkosh would be the perfect way to do it." The team is very excited for the opening and construction on the facility is moving along as scheduled. There is a grand-opening event scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2009 that will include a seminar with Matt Hughes. Classes are set to begin on Monday, July 6, 2009.
